Statement of Qualifications

JG Management Systems, Inc. (JGMS) and the S.M. Stoller Corporation are both environmental consulting firms and long-standing DOE contractors; additionally, JGMS is an 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) firm certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA.) The GSRS team includes qualified personnel in the full range of environmental and engineering specialties essential to comprehensive remediation services analyses. Recognizing that strong analyses is only the first remediation step, also supporting technical experts with strong document production capabilities, including technical editors, graphic artists, public affairs support staff, and database and IT specialists. With more than 35 offices nationwide, JGMS and Stoller are positioned to provide remediation services wherever needed, and drawing on the resources of the GSRS teaming partners 'as needed.'

The JGMS/Stoller project management approach is founded on strong project leadership.

Leading this contract will be Jerome Gonzales, the president of JGMS, and a former project manager for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in Albuquerque, NM.

Serving as manager is Jeff Neff, a long term, DOE executive and Vice President of Marketing for Stoller.

A wide range of corporate human resource, legal, accounting, subcontracting, document production, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) resources from both JGMS and Stoller will provide resources in support of the contract, as required.

Together, Mr. Gonzales and Mr. Neff will work with JGMS and Stoller management to select the best suited individual from among the team's companies to lead each task, ensuring that each candidate is qualified and receives the full support of the team's companies.



Background

Gonzales-Stoller Remediation Services (GSRS) is a joint venture of JG Management Systems (JGMS) and the S. M. Stoller Corporation (Stoller.)

JGMS is a professional services firm offering facility assessments and operations support, program and project management, engineering design and analysis, and technical services to government and private sector clients nationwide. JGMS has become a multifaceted company offering total solutions for facility planning and operations needs. JGMS' capabilities include: Facility Condition Assessments, Program and Project Management, Engineering Design and Analysis, and Construction Management services.

The S.M. Stoller Corporation strives to provide the leading edge in technical consulting and engineering services. Stoller has a wide range of capabilities including: remedial design and site remediation, water and air sampling programs, site characterization, aiding in the development of the requirements for managing radioactive waste, storage, transportation, and disposal, decontamination and decommissioning, regulatory and statutory issues, analytical quality assurance and control, and risk assessment.

Stoller's teammates have stellar records supporting management, organizational and administrative programs at both DOE and NNSA. Their team's competencies overlap and complement each other to reduce project risk. Each team member fills a critical space in offering clients and agencies an understanding of the mission and contributing from their breadth & depth of expertise - whether the challenge is process improvement, service delivery or through leadership.
